Cancellation of Account
The Cancellation Policy says, at any point in time you can cancel your account with us from the panel or by writing us at support@jhakaasitem.com.
- Once we cancel your account, we will immediately delete all your content from the website.
- Since the deletion of all data is final please be sure that you do in fact want to cancel your account before doing so.
- Fraud: Jhakaas Item may suspend or terminate your account if, at any point in time, we suspect that you (by any means) have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the Site or the process of Jhakaas Item.

Cancellation of Order
We process all orders automatically on our panel and send them for immediate processing and shipment once completed. During this process, we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, we understand that you might need to change orders sometimes, but we cannot make changes free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
- If you cancel your order before we ship it, we will charge a 15% cancellation fee before issuing a credit.
- If you cancel your order after we have shipped it, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. We will treat the cancellation as a return, with all applicable fees.
- If you refuse an order at delivery, we will assess all applicable fees, including restocking, cancellation, and any other relevant charges.
Cancellation by Jhakaas Item
There may be certain orders that Jhakaas Item is unable to accept and has the right to cancel such orders. Jhakaas Item reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. Some situations for order cancellation include product unavailability, insufficient quantity, or pricing errors. Jhakaas Item may also require additional verifications or information before processing any order.
All cancellations will be without recourse to the Buyer and liability to Jhakaas Item. If the Buyer’s order is cancelled after payment, the amount will be refunded to the Buyer’s bank account, payment instrument, or pre-paid account used for the transaction. Jhakaas Item shall have the sole discretion to determine the mode of reversal from the above options. In the event a promotional code is given by Jhakaas Item. It is used for the purchase of the Product. The amount under such promotional code shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of the order.
