You can courier us the product back within 48 hours of you receiving it (return or refund is not applicable on any customized product). We do not refund the amount in this case but we are happy to give you store credit in form of a coupon code. Kindly note that the product should be unopened/unused without damage and with the tags intact. Make sure the red seal at the very top of the package is not broken that guarantees that the product wasnt opened. Kindly pack the item securely to prevent from any loss or damage during the transit.
This is embarrassing. Please mail us at support@jhakaasitem.com with the image of the product you received and with your order ID and we will resolve the issue. If its our fault we are bound to redeem the same amount into your credit wallet and you keep the product you received.

The online refund procedure will be initiated within 48 hours once we receive your product. Once initiated, the amount will reflect in your Jhakaas Item account as Reward Points or Coupon Codes.
